News in brief - Gooya newsonline reporting from ILNA :
"Mr. Ajlal Ghavami" journalist and member of the editorial council of weekly " Payame Mardome Kurdestan" is banned to leave the country !
This decission came from the division number one of the "Sanandaj" city revolution court.His lawyers Mr. Nemat Ahmadi and Abbas Jamali have protested to the decission against their client.
Previousely Mr. Ghavami was charged with " insult to the leader of the Islamic Republic " and "having relation with the opposition of the Islamic Republic of Iran" and "helping to the recent events in Kurdistan " , and because of all these charges he spent 65 days in detention and finally was released on bail for one billion Rials ( 100 Million Tuman ) .
